World Lotto AI provides lottery results, historical data, statistical analysis, and AI-generated number predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept bets, or provide gambling services.

3. No Guarantee of Winning

Lottery results are random, and no prediction system can guarantee winning numbers. Our AI predictions and Lucky Pick features are based on statistical analysis and historical data patterns. They should not be considered as financial or investment advice. Use at your own discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt, modify, or hack the application
• Not use the app if you are under the age of 18 or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction

5. In-App Purchases

World Lotto AI offers optional VIP subscriptions that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal policies, are as displayed at the time of purchase. You can manage your subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Subscription payments will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

World Lotto AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email.
